In meiner zentral gelegenen und dennoch ruhigen Wohnung biete ich ein möbliertes, helles, ruhiges, gemütliches WG-Zimmer von ab sofort/ 1.1.25 bis 31.1.25 zur Miete. Die Wohnung befindet sich nahe dem S-Bahnhof Frankfurter Allee (10 Minuten zu Fuß oder 3 Minuten mit Tram), in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit Hinterhofgarten. Der Mietzeitraum kann möglicherweise verlängert werden (das weiß ich am 15.1.).

Zur Wohnung gehören:

🛜 Internet/Wifi

Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit mir (Lisa), wir sind dann insgesamt zu zweit.

Ich vergebe die Zimmer bevorzugt an eine Frau.

In my centrally located and also calm apartment, I am offering a furnished, bright, quiet, comfortable room for rent from January 1st to January 31st, 2025. The apartment is located near the Frankfurter Allee S-Bahn station (10 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by tram), in a quiet side street with a backyard garden. The rental period can possibly be extended (I can tell this at January 15th).

The apartment provides:

You share the apartment with me (Lisa), so the flat is used of two of us in total.

I prefer to give the room to a woman.
