Massage studio / Therapy room to rent

Für mein Massagestudio suche ich ab ca. November einen geeigneten Zwischenmieter für 7 bis 10  Monate. 

Das Studio liegt im Hinterhof des gemütlichen und belebten Winskiezes. Der Raum ist gut geschützt  und bietet für Behandlungen eine besondere Privatsphäre.

Es ist ein großer Raum (ca. 33 qm), dem ich durch Vorhänge eine wohlfühlende Räumlichkeit gegeben habe und eine Aufteilung bietet in Empfangsbereich, Gesprächsbereich und Massage-/Bodywork-Bereich. Zudem verfügt das Studio über ein voll ausgestattetes Bad mit Dusche, WC, Waschbecken, großer Spiegel.

Der Raum kann möbliert/teilmöbliert gemietet werden. Je nachdem welche Tätigkeit dort ausgeführt werden soll, kann auch Equipment mit angemietet werden (Handtücher, Massagelaken, Möbel, Stühle usw.). Gern alles in Absprache. 

Ich gebe dort Massagen/energetische Körperarbeit. Der Raum eignet sich für Bodyworker, Massagetherapeuten, Gesprächstherapeuten usw. 

Ich suche einen Mieter, der diesen Raum mit Achtsamkeit und Wertschätzung behandelt und sich eine mehrmonatige Arbeit dort vorstellen kann. Über den genauen Zeitraum kann gern gesprochen werden, auch wie es dann über diesen Zeitraum hinaus, falls eine weitere Nutzung des Raumes gewünscht ist. Ich werde ca. ab November in Mutterschutz/Babyzeit gehen.

Der Kiez hat eine gesellige und gleichzeitig auch gemütliche Atmosphäre. Ich schätze es, dass meine Klienten aus einer tiefgehenden Behandlung auf einen entspannten Kiez hinaustreten, bei dem sie nicht gleich vom Großstadttumult überrumpelt werden.

Das Studio hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung (M2, M4, S-Bahn Alexanderplatz 20 min zu Fuß etc.). Parkplätze sind immer ausreichend auf der Straße vorhanden.

Vieles kann gern in Absprache geschehen, wie und wann der Raum angemietet wird. 

Miete 670 Euro + Strom 20 Euro + evtl. Nutzungsgebühr für Equipment

I’m looking for a suitable temporary tenant for my massage studio for 7 to 10 months from around November. 

The studio is located in the backyard of the cozy Winskiez. The room is well protected and offers special privacy for treatments.

It is a large room (approx. 33 square meters) that I have divided into a area for welcome the clients, to have conversations and the massage/bodywork area. The studio also has a fully equipped bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and large mirror.

The room can be rented furnished/partially furnished. Depending on the activity to be carried out there, equipment can also be rented (towels, massage sheets, furniture, chairs, etc.). 

I give massages/energetic bodywork there. The room is suitable for body workers, massage therapists, psychological therapists, etc. 

I’m looking for a tenant who treats this space with care and appreciation and can imagine working there for several months. We are happy to discuss the exact period of time, as well as how it will extend beyond this period if further use of the room is desired. 

I am going to have baby time from November.

The neighborhood has a sociable and at the same time cozy atmosphere. I appreciate that my clients emerge from an in-depth treatment into a relaxed neighborhood where they are not immediately caught off guard by the hustle and bustle of the big city.

The studio has very good transport connections (M2, M4, S-Bahn Alexanderplatz 20 minutes on foot, etc.). There are always enough parking spaces on the street.

A lot of things can be done in consultation about how and when the room is rented.
