I am calling in alignment and beautiful beings who appreciate a place filled with magic, heart and soul.

I am subletting my 98m2 apartment in the best neighborhood in Friedrichshain, 5 minutes walking distance to Ostkreuz, from  APRIL 15th to JULY 15th. (Maybe longer)

2 huge bedrooms (with sleeping options for up to 6 people), 1 livingroom with open kitchen, bathing tub, terrace, fully furnished including washing machine, dishwasher etc… 

1900€/month (+deposit)

There are good chances, that the subletting contract can be extended or even turned into a permanent one.

The apartment ist ideal for a family or for shared living as the two bedrooms have almost the same size. 

The neighborhood is amazing, great people, lots of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars around, yet pretty calm and chilled.
